20-year old women with a 2 year history of progressive hyperpigmented linear sagital indented laesions localized to the central forehead. No associated symptoms and no medications. Negative ANA and borrelia titer. Diagnosis and treatment suggestions are asked for.

Localized morphea named ”Coup de Sabre”.
- Onset is usually during the first two decades of life. Unlike the gradual spontaneous remissions seen in morphea, linear scleroderma this condition tends to have a longer and occasionally progressive course.
- Treatment suggestions include prednisolone, antimalarials, retinoids, penicillamine, calcitriol and methotrexate. UVA and narrow band UVB phototherapy have demonstrated positive results as well.
