55-year old male referred with a 2 day history of pain, redness and swelling of both the ankles and feet.
All clinical investigations were normal. Non-febril status.
No medical history.

What is the diagnosis and what treatment should be considered?

Erythema Nodosum – characterized as a bilateral reactive immunological inflammation.
- Aetiology such as Chlamydia, mycoplasma or sarcoidosis should be ruled out.
- Treatment with NSAID supplied with Prednisoon – should be considered.
